Concept designs, honestly labelled — because that's what we actually have

WebQuest is a newly launched studio. We haven't delivered a client website yet, so we're not going to show you fake case studies or invented results. Instead, we built four complete concept homepages you can actually click through and explore — real design work for four different kinds of NDIS provider. Every one is clearly labelled as a concept, not a completed project.

Four real, explorable concept homepages

These aren't thumbnails — each card links to a complete, working homepage you can click through. Every one explores a different kind of NDIS provider: the problem it needs to solve, and the trust and accessibility considerations that shaped the layout.

Concept design

Support coordination — homepage concept

Families researching a support coordinator are often doing it under pressure, so this concept puts "how we help" and a phone number above the fold, with the service explained in three short steps instead of dense paragraphs. Generous spacing and a restrained colour palette keep the page calm rather than corporate.

Concept design

Support-worker agency — homepage concept

This layout has to speak to two audiences at once — participants looking for care, and workers considering employment — so it splits the homepage into two clear paths early. Large, legible type and high-contrast buttons were chosen so the page reads easily for participants using screen magnification.

Concept design

Plan manager — homepage concept

Plan management is easy to misunderstand, so this concept leads with a plain-language explainer of what a plan manager actually does before asking for any commitment. A simple comparison layout sets expectations up front, kept short enough to scan on a phone in under a minute.

Concept design

SIL/SDA housing — homepage concept

For supported independent living, an empty place is the problem the website exists to solve — so this concept leads with current vacancies instead of burying them. Accessible room listings, plain-language funding explanations, and a calm enquiry path built for families and coordinators making decisions under pressure.

A note on honesty: these are concept designs, not completed client projects. We built them to demonstrate our standard of design and accessibility thinking, not to represent real businesses or real outcomes. We'll update this page with genuine case studies as we deliver real client work.
