What happens after you get in touch
Handing your website over to strangers is a trust exercise, so here's the full, no-surprises walkthrough of what actually happens between your first message and your site going live — step by step, nothing glossed over.
Six steps, start to finish
-
A 30-minute plain-language call
No jargon, no pressure. We ask about your service, your participants, and what's not working with your current website — and if it turns out a smaller package, or no website work at all, is what you actually need, we'll tell you that honestly.
-
A written scope and fixed quote
You get a clear written scope and a fixed quote, not a verbal estimate. Nothing starts, and nothing is owed, until you've approved both in writing.
-
Content gathering, made easy
We send you the NDIS Content Starter Pack — page-by-page prompts in plain language, so you're answering questions about your service rather than staring at a blank page. We then do the heavy lifting of shaping your answers into proper web copy.
-
The build
Your site goes live within 14 days of us receiving your content, or we keep working for free until it is. You'll hear from us with progress along the way, not silence until the big reveal.
-
Review and refine
You get structured revision rounds, the number depending on your package. You review the real, working site on your own phone and laptop — not static mock-ups — so what you approve is what you actually get.
-
Live, handed over, and looked after
We hand everything over in plain language, along with your written WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit report for the finished site. Your included care-plan months then begin, so you're not left to manage things alone the day after launch.
Our promises, in writing
Three commitments we'll put in writing before you pay us anything, so you're not relying on a sales call to remember what was said.
The 14-day live pledge
Once we have your content, your site goes live within 14 days — or we keep working on it for free until it does. That's a deadline on us, not on you.
The first-concept guarantee
If the first design concept isn't right for you and you'd rather walk away, you pay nothing. We'd rather lose the job at that point than talk you into a site you're not happy with.
The no-fake-promises rule
We will never guarantee you a #1 spot on Google — nobody honestly can. We'll tell you what good SEO practice looks like and build it in, but we won't sell you a ranking we can't control.
What we need from you
Honestly, not much — but it's not nothing either:
- Time for the initial call.
- The details of your service — who you support, what you offer, and how people usually find you.
- Photos and your logo, if you have them (if not, we'll talk through options).
- Answers to the Content Starter Pack prompts.
Across the whole project, most clients spend somewhere around 2–3 hours of their own time on it — not full days, but not zero either.
